Meagan Good is about to give us a fresh new spin on Foxy Brown!
The actress is set to star in a remake of the blaxploitation classic, whose title was played amazingly by Pam Grier back in the 70s. Hulu is set to bring the popular movie into 2016 with a "modern reimagining" as a TV show while still keeping the focus on the female action hero.
Empire co-executive producer Malcolm Spellman and Hand of God creator Ben Watkins will serve as writers for the show, while Meagan herself along with husband Devon Franklin will help with production.
Meagan will definitely have some big shoes to fill taking on this role, but hopefully she'll do it justice! Check out a taste of the original film below...
