NEW ALBUM: #TSM100K - Singer Torre South

Singer Torre South has released his latest project, #TSM100K, for listeners! 

The album, released on August 9, is a great blend of R&B and hip hop and features standout tracks like "100K," "Sunday Morning," and single "#Hashtag," which was featured on the site late last year. " It is truly a great body of work and I am very confident of that," Torre said of the project. I'd definitely agree...it's a very solid album that I think you guys will enjoy from beginning to end!

NEW MUSIC: "#Hashtag"-Torre South

We had the pleasure of featuring singer Torre South on The Spotlight back in May. Now the singer has released a new track, "#Hashtag," featuring rapper Muknee, that you all should check out!

The track, which is the first single from Torre's upcoming album (set to be released next year), is a real sexy, smooth song, as Torre sings of his admiration of a woman he likes and wants to spend the night with. In fact, he incorporates his own specialized hashtags on the track.

Today on The Spotlight, we have singer Torre South! With a father as a minister, Torre grew up in the church, but didn’t start singing for a while. “My brother and sister mostly did all the singing, and I kind of stayed in the background,” Torre admitted. Around middle school, he finally began singing a little bit in church and began doing some songwriting for his brother and sister, who often sang together when his father would travel to preach. “They were like BeBe and CeCe Winans,” he joked.
